It has been festival season a while now but with Longitude being on this weekend I thought I would do a festival style post. Being festival season means bring out the tents and heading to the field for 2/3 days of music, drink and sunshine (maybe not in Ireland though…) This post is going to be filled with festival outfits for inspiration! I love seeing other peoples outfits and going about putting my own style onto it.
I used to never wear red, hated the colour and now I love it.. I fell in love with the jacket Michael Jackson wore and had to have one. Its a nice twist with a colour and far away from black. As I wear too much black it is nice to have a colour to make it pop.
If your like me and love a red leather jacket, here are a few outfit ideas (from pinterest);
Who doesn’t love a trend that is comfy and stylish! What ever the event, what ever the occasion, loafers look great with everything. Todays post I have picked out my favourite pair of loafers online , from classic to modern, to cool and chic..
I just finished watching the Jeremy Scott documentary on Netflix and it is very good! He has worked with the likes of Rita Ora, Katy Perry, A$ap Rocky and miley Cyrus and has had Gigi Hadid model for him on the runway. But most of all he has taking over the Italian brand Moschino. He has turned sponge bob and even McDonald’s into a fashion statement! You can nearly say he’s a rebel in the fashion industry.
“I don’t speak Italian, but I do speak Moschino”
The documentary is very inspiring as Jeremy is one of a kind, different and a true creative man. He loved art and just didn’t want to wear clothes that were in fashion like everyone else did as they don’t want to stand out but he wasn’t afraid to do that! His school even wanted him to dress someway “Normal”
It’s a real eye opener for people these days to choose what makes you feel good, you are the one wearing it, why you should care what other people think?? fashion is for you to express yourself and for you to discover your own fashion personality and feel good about your appearance. How many times have you worn items because they are fashionable or because “so and so” is wearing them? When you choose these types of clothing your not thinking of your own style personality unless you put your own stamp on it rather than copying the outfit 100%. Social media can lead you to believe that you have to look a certain way, but you don’t! We are all unique, so why would we all want to look the same! His clothes and style is not for everyone, I know but he wants to inspire you to be yourself! Don’t be afraid to express yourself!
“Sometimes my work can be misunderstood, but I’m just trying to bring joy and a smile to people’s faces. My clothes aren’t for everyone to wear, perhaps, and I don’t expect everyone to. But hopefully you can still enjoy them.“
I would give it a 10/10 and if you are into fashion I would recommend it.
One of this years hottest trends that I still love! You can wear them in so many different ways. They can easily transform your look and a great addition to your wardrobe. I love the silk or the most common, cotton. Silk can just dress up the outfit and make it classy while the cotton just gives a casual outfit abit of edge!
Its that time of year again! Now that colleges have started back I wanted a blog post on some inspirational outfits!
Its so hard to find nice stylish clothes but with comfort also! Lately I am loving jeans and tshirts, shirts and dressy tops. I am wearing these with runners and coming into Autumn/winter boots and jackets can style them up! I love how with a normal outfit like them that anyone can wear it,funk it up with your own style and twist on it!

This months favourite blogger/youtuber is British girl Sarah Ashcroft aka That Pommie Girl who is a gorgeous fashion blogger. I have been following Sarah for about 2 years now and l am obsessing over everything from her clothes, makeup, hair and her shoe collection!
Her outfits are perfectly put together, co-ordinated well but with an edgy twist. She is a self-confessed shopaholic and loves blogging because it’s the perfect opportunity to “show off my clothes that hardly ever see the light of day“. This girl can never do wrong shes fabulous! She is my blogging goal can I just be her already!
This months favourite blogger is another Irish beauty blogger,Youtuber and MUA to add to the list! and its none other than Grace Mongey, Known as Faces By Grace.
I have been following Grace for over a year now but I just love her. If you have her on snapchat (facesbygrace23) she will keep you entertained for the day with her snapchats of food and her cat Sasha. She posts daily about her weight loss journey, her gym workouts, little tips and tricks for makeup application,skincare. Not only does she do these things but she is very open with how she struggled with anxiety and depression, I admire her for that! I met Grace at So Sue Mes waterford workshop (going mad I never got a picture!!) but she looks amazing and just genuienly a lovely, down to earth person. She works for bare Minerals and also does freelance.
