I was in Cork last week and I payed a visit to Inglot in Mahon Point for a lipstick. The fact I came out with two was surprising as it took me ages to decide on which lipsticks I wanted because they had such a mind-boggling collection. The two lipsticks that I am after adding to my makeup bag are “420” and “231”. These lipsticks come in a black shiny metal case which makes them very attractive and the smell off these lipsticks are amazing!

This outfit is two things I wanted for coming into the winter season; A shirt dress and Thigh high boots! And I ended up buying each of these this week. I love the long buttoned up shirt/dress look and this pattern and colour is my fav for this season! This time last year I have had my eye on a pair of thigh high boots I wasnt going to give in as they can go out of fashion as quick as they came in but when I seen these pair for €50 they had to be got..

This months favourite blogger is another Irish beauty blogger,Youtuber and MUA to add to the list! and its none other than Grace Mongey, Known as Faces By Grace.
I have been following Grace for over a year now but I just love her. If you have her on snapchat (facesbygrace23) she will keep you entertained for the day with her snapchats of food and her cat Sasha. She posts daily about her weight loss journey, her gym workouts, little tips and tricks for makeup application, skincare. Not only does she do these things but she is very open with how she struggled with anxiety and depression, I admire her for that! I met Grace at So Sue Mes waterford workshop (going mad I never got a picture!!) but she looks amazing and just genuienly a lovely, down to earth person. Pennys or Primark, which ever you know it as, have recently come out with these beautiful rose gold and black double ended brushes. They range from €1.50 – €2.50, you could not leave them there for that! I had time to try them the other day and here is what I think.

I came across this on Nicole Guerrieros snapchat and fell in love! Vice 4 has a similar setup as past Vice palettes- 20 colorful shadows, a beautiful, sleek case, and a HUGE Mirror making this ideal for traveling. This particular Vice palette has the coolest design in my opinion! There are only a few warm shades in this one, and there is a lot of shimmer. Once again it has 20 eyeshadows but these are brand new, limited edition shades!! My favourites have to be Bitter, Crowbar, Delete, Deadbeat and Flame!
This palette should be out September or October. My suggestion is if you are even the slightest bit interested, be ready to pick it up quick because Vice palettes always go fast!! And by the looks of it when this hits the shelves it wont be there for long..
On a scale of 1 to 10, how exited are you about the Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palette?! I cant handle the amazingness and I need this like right this very second..
Cleaning make up brushes has been hated since my make up loving existence. My main problem with cleaning my brushes is that my fingers turn into prunes. Anyway, I am going to show you how I clean my make up brushes.
Cleaning your makeup brushes is SO important! Your brushes can last years if you treat them correctly, Ive had some of these brushes 5 years now and they are still as good as new.Its hard to believe how much bacteria collects up in your brushes, than that goes onto your face. Which than that of causes spots and unwanted bacteria on your face. So how often should you clean your make up brushes? I think once a week is ideal. You will need a gentle cleanser and you can also get a professional brush spray to use daily if you’d like to use in between your deep clean, this will ensure you’re getting rid of any bacteria gathered in your brushes.
Heres a step by step guide to making your brushes looking as good as new. You can buy make up brush cleaner i.e Mac Brush Cleaner but if you dont want to break the bank than all you need is baby shampoo.

Let me make something clear: I hate cleaning my make up brushes. Honestly, Ill find every and any excuse not to do it! I came across the Brush Egg on the internet so I ordered it on Ebay for about €1.50 here. This is the best tool I have discovered for cleaning make up brushes. Say goodbye to the days you spend ages over the sink..
What it does is it has various ridges that you run your brushes across when you wash them and it gets rid of more dirt and old make up-y gunk that often still sits in between the fibres. Its very easy to use. Theres a small open part you can place your fingers inside so its less hassle.I wash my make up brushes in the sink with Johnsons baby shampoo (But I wont go into detail with that as that post is coming soon!) You use the bigger ridges for your bigger brushes (i.e Foundation, blush etc) and the smaller round ridges for your smaller brushes (i.e eyeshadow, eyeliner etc).
I highly recommend purchasing one as it makes cleaning make up brushes so much easier and faster! **Currently doing my happy dance**
